Happy Car Detailing Service Booking Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: All car detailing service bookings made through Happy Car Detailing website, mobile app, or other booking platforms are subject to confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after a down payment has been successfully processed and/or a confirmation email or message has been sent to the customer.

2. Service Availability: Car detailing services are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate all booking requests, there may be instances where appointments are unavailable due to high demand or other scheduling constraints.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule their car wash appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. No-show Policy: Failure to arrive/be present for a scheduled car detailing appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee or a no-show fee being charged to the customer’s account.

5. Service Details: The type of car detailing service booked (e.g., Paint Correction, Happiness, Joy) will be specified at the time of booking. Any additional services requested by the customer will be subject to additional charges.

6. Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in a suitable condition for the selected car detailing service. Vehicles with excessive dirt, debris, or damage may require additional time and resources to clean, which may result in additional charges.

7. Payment: Payment for car detailing services is due at the end of service. To reserve you spot, a pre-payment fee of 50$ may be required at the end of the booking process. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, mobile payment apps, or other electronic payment options.

8. Refunds: Refunds for car detailing service bookings may be issued at the discretion of Happy Car Detailing in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds may be subject to processing fees or other charges.

9. Liability: Happy Car Detailing shall not be liable for any damage to vehicles or personal property arising from or related to the car detailing service, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct on the part of our employees or agents.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Happy Car Detailing reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly for any changes.

Happy Car Detailing Refunds Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for car detailing services are available only under certain circumstances. Eligible circumstances for a refund include:
– Damage occurred to the vehicle during the detailing process, attributable to negligence or error on the part of the car wash facility.

2. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, customers must notify Happy Car Detailing within 24 hours of the car wash service being performed. Refund requests can be made by contacting our customer service department via phone or email. The customer must provide proof of purchase and details regarding the reason for the refund request.

3. Refund Process: Upon receiving a refund request, Happy Car Detailing will investigate the matter promptly to determine the validity of the claim. If the claim is found to be valid, Happy Car Detailing will process the refund within 05 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Refund Amount: The amount refunded will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the refund request. In cases where the car detailing service was unsatisfactory, the refund amount may vary depending on the extent of the dissatisfaction. In cases where damage occurred during the car detailing process, the refund amount may cover the cost of repairing the damage or a portion thereof.

5. Non-Refundable Services: Certain car detailing services, such as specialty treatments, may be non-refundable once performed, unless the service was not performed according to the customer’s specifications or expectations.

6. Exceptions: Happy Car Detailing reserves the right to make exceptions to this refunds policy on a case-by-case basis, at its discretion, to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold its commitment to quality service.

Contest Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years and older who are residents of Gatineau, Quebec or Ottawa, Ontario.
